Join us for our February 2023 chapter meeting and culinary student showcase at Upper Cape Tech on Monday, February 6th!
For this special evening, we will be joined by distinguished guest chef David Turcotte, CEC, AAC, HGT, USA Military Culinary Team Manager and Culinary Gold Medal winner for a spectacular presentation and demonstration in UCT’s demonstration kitchen. Learn new techniques and gain insights into what it takes to cook and compete at the highest levels.
We will also enjoy dinner and desert from the talented culinary students at Upper Cape Tech under the direction of Chef and ACF Cape Cod Board Member Joseph Ellia.
