There will also be a bacon demonstration from Smithfield Culinary as well as a presentation from Nicholas Vecchione, Alex Satterfield, and Gail Blakeley will about our new Health and Awareness Committee Action Plan:
- Create a mission statement for the committee to encompass the Chapter’s needs.
- Focus on prevention and intervention.
- Networking within the Chapter and around the industry.
- Developing a Health & Wellness newsletter or fact sheet to present at the CC&I ACF meetings.
Please be prepared for the most educational and impactful presentation in our Chapter’s history.
Tickets are $35 for members and $50 for non-members and include dinner and wine taastings.
