Join us for our first member meeting of 2022 at Upper Cape Tech on Monday, February 7th, where culinary instructor Chef Joseph Ellia and his students will produce a ‘Restaurant Wars’ style demonstration of what the next generation of culinary talent is capable of.
Tour the culinary facilities of UCT and watch the students in action as they are assisted by local chefs Andrew Grosse, Nicholas Reney and others to craft the evening’s menu and dinner service.
Because this month’s event is taking place at a school, masks are required for the event in accordance with the school’s mask policy.
