Join us for our February meeting at The Coonamessett in Falmouth! ACF Certified Executive Chef John Norton and his culinary team will present an incredible seafood-driven spread in one of the Cape’s top dining and hotel destinations.
The educational portion of the evening will focus on a massive seafood demonstration from North Coast Seafoods, covering how different fish and shellfish can be prepared and incorporated into menus in preparation of the coming spring and summer seasons. There will also be presentations about the scholarship and certification opportunities available through ACF Cape Cod this spring.
ACF will also be welcoming guests from Cape Cod Young Professionals (CCYP) at the February meeting, showcasing the region’s leading culinary talents to one of the region’s largest advocacy organizations. A CCYP representative will talk about the opportunities for collaboration, advocacy and networking across the Cape’s larger professional community, and how working together will benefit all.
Don’t forget to bring cash for our raffle! ACF’s goal is to raise enough from each raffle to sponsor one additional child for the Cape Kid Meals program.
