This month’s educational program focuses on sushi, with Eric Fenner, Sous Chef/Sushi Chef at The Lobster Trap. Chef Eric worked at Misaki Sushi Bar in Hyannis for over 18 years before coming on board at The Lobster Trap in April, 2025. You’ll walk away from this 30 minute demo with new sushi skills you can put to work right away!
$30 for members, $50 non-members.
