It’s time to determine who is the top class of culinary students at Upper Cape Cod Regional Technical High School with the 2024 edition of Restaurant Wars!
The Freshmen, Sophomore, Junior, and Senior classes at Upper Cape Tech will pair off into teams headed by ACF Chefs to compete for bragging rights and the title of winner of Restaurant Wars. This year’s edition pits Chef Stephen Coe’s team vs Chef Dan Delancey’s team to see who can put together the most outstanding menu for the evening’s event. Each ACF chef will assist their student teams with menu and recipe development, plating and presentation. At the end of the night, attendees will cast their vote for winner of the Restaurant Wars battle.
The meeting is not just fun and games, as we will be joined by esteemed Chef Tony Le, CEC, 2023 ACF National Chef of the Year, for an informative demonstration on modern plating trends and design for 2024. Chef Le was recently hired as the Executive Chef at the White Cliffs Country Club in Plymouth, having previously worked at The Somerset City Club under CMC Joseph Leonardi, and most recently at The Country Club in Chestnut Hill rising to the position of Executive Chef. We are excited to have Chef Le share his knowledge with us!
Tickets are $35 for members and $50 for non-members.
