We are heading ‘Back to School’ for our March meeting at Upper Cacpe Tech on Monday, March 3rd at 6:00 pm!
Join us for an evening of school-subject themed bites and sips, as we work our way through the five main school subjects with playful, yet sophisticated, bites created by the talented students in the Upper Cape Tech Culinary Arts program. Each course will also be paired with a mocktail designed and created by the UCT students, as well as a liquid nitrogen sundae bar and homemade uncrustables.
The evening will also feature a live demonstration of a pig break down in the UCT demonstration kitchen as our educational portion.
Beer and wine will be available at a cash bar during the event.
Registration is $35 for members and $50 for non-members.
